When choosing a daycare, it's important to learn about the centre, its philosophy of care and see the environment first hand. If you have decided to enroll your child(ren) in Children's Circle Daycare, we will ask you to fill out an application form. The button below will open an application form in a fillable Word format that you can open, fill in, save to your computer, and then email it to us at info@childrenscircledaycare.com. You can also email to request an update on your status in the waitlist.
